Task: Today I completed most of the left
flap. I match drilled, final drilled, and finished making
he FL-706A and 706B pieces for the left side.
I matched and final drilled all the holes in the FL-703 spar
to FL704/705 ribs and
all the holes in the FL-702 bottom skin.
I then cleco'd on the FL-701 top skin and final drilled all
Next I moved on to drilling the 5 1/8" holes in the FL-706A
mounting brackets. All other holes will be match drilled with
the spar or rib.
I then used the rod bearing mountinghole to cleco on FL-706B
after bending it down 6.3 degrees per drawing 14A. I lined
it up with the spar and rib and drilled.
I then used cleco clamps to place FL-706A in position and
match drilled the 5 outter holes.
Then I match drilled the angle of FL-706A using FL-706B as
