Task: Matched drilled the VS and dissassembled for primer prep

Its amazing just how quickly the VS goes together compared to the HS. After match drilling the skin to rib/spar holes, I took everything apart and begun the deburring, countersinking, dimpling process. I was able to remove the vinyl on all the parts and mark accordingly. Next I deburred all holes and countersunk the bottom holes on the rear spar stiffner. I then removed strips of vinyl along the rivet lines of the VS skin. I hope to dimple all the parts tomorrow and prepare both the HS and VS for priming. I intend to use Tempo Zinc Phosphate for the skins since they are alclad.

I used the Vixen file to break the edges of the rear spar doubler

Drilling and countersinking the lower holes of the rear spar doubler for flush rivets which will set up against the fuselage.
