Task: Finished deburring all HS parts. Countersunk and dimpled as required

Today I started by removing all the plastic covering from the HS and VS skins. It is easy, but time consuming. I used a yard stick as a straight edge and a low watt soldering iron with a sanded tip. It does the job. I've done this to both the inside and outside of the skins. The inside will be primed with Temp Zinc Phosphate. Since the skins are alclad, I'm not going to etch them first.

Here I'm dimpling the rear spar channel

I found claming the material to the bench seems to make it go a bit faster.
Next time I'm going to try to clamp my squeezer to a vise and move the material instead.

Here all the spars, ribs, and stiffners have been dimpled and/or countersunk.
