Task: Riveted the elevator skin to the understructure and torqued the counterbalance bolts.

I set all of the rivets along the skin, ribs, and spar. I then set all the rivets in the counterbalance skin after placing the counterbalance in place with the two bolts. All skin to rib/spar bolts were AN426AD3-3.5 other than the one in the counterbalance skin that goes from the skin to the counterbalance skin to the counterbalance rib to the spar, which was an AN426AD3-5.

Here is the completed skin/skeleton structure. The trim spar it clecod on the top flange but riveted to the bottom of the skin. The trim tab hinge still needs to be clamped and drilled.

The counterbalance bolts/nuts were torqued down to 28 ft lbs. and torque seal was applied.
