Task: Finished rolling the leading edge of the center section, riveted in place, installed the rod end bearings and attached to the HS.

This center section required A LOT of work. The upper flange just didn't want to lay down flat on the bottom flange. After working at it for a few hours I was able to get the edges to lay flat and rivet in place.

The completed right elevator!

I then mounted it to the HS. The counterbalance skin hits the edge of the HS where the fairing goes, so for now it holds the elevator in place.

Here is the center bearing. I took a measurement to figure out how long of a drill bushing I needed to order from McMaster-Carr.
